5、Estainingoflungtissuesection,betweenNaClgroupandNaHSgroupdidnotseethepathologicalchange,IQAhadnotobviousdifference(P>0.5).ThelungtissuestructureofPQgroupwasobviouslydamaged,therewerealargenumberofalveolarintervalfractureandmutualfusion,manyredbloodcellsandinflammatorycellsinthealveola
6、r,meanwhilealveolarseptumvisibleinflammatorycellinfiltrationandseptainlungtissuechangedintothickening,someofalveolartransparentmembraneformation,IQAand(W/D)inPQgroupwasincreasedhadstatisticallysignificantly(P<0.01).InL、MandHgroupsmostofstructureofalveolarwereintactandIQA、(W/D)wasstati
