6、·························13八結(jié)束語·················································13九參考文獻···············································15十總電路圖……………………………………………………161引言19直流電動機由于有著廣泛的起制動性能,宜于在廣泛范圍內(nèi)平滑調(diào)速,且直流拖動系統(tǒng)在理論上和實踐上都比較成熟,因而目前應(yīng)用廣泛。直流電機在一定范圍內(nèi)無極平滑調(diào)速系統(tǒng)來說,以調(diào)節(jié)電樞電壓的方式最好。直流PWM調(diào)速系統(tǒng)作為一種新技術(shù),發(fā)
7、展迅速,應(yīng)用日益廣泛,特別在中、小容量的系統(tǒng)中,已取代V-M系統(tǒng)成為主要的直流調(diào)速方式。脈寬調(diào)速實質(zhì)上是調(diào)壓調(diào)速方式中的一種,它采用全控型電力電子器件組成的直流脈沖調(diào)制型的調(diào)速系統(tǒng)已發(fā)展成熟,用途越來越廣,與傳統(tǒng)的V-M系統(tǒng)相比,在很多方面有很大的優(yōu)越性。雙極式控制的橋式可逆PWM變換器有下列優(yōu)點:(1)電流一定連續(xù);(2)可使電機在四象限運行;(3)電機停止時有微振電流,能消除靜摩擦死區(qū);(4)低速平穩(wěn)性好,系統(tǒng)的調(diào)速范圍可達1:20000左右;(5)低速時,每個開關(guān)器件的驅(qū)動脈沖仍較寬,有利于保證器件的可靠導(dǎo)通。雙極式控制方式的不足之處是:在工作過程中
8、,4個開關(guān)器件可能都處于開關(guān)狀態(tài),開關(guān)損耗大,而且在切換時可能發(fā)生
