2、的共聚物(PLIA—CO—SCP),研究了投料比對共聚物特性粘數(shù)的影響,結果表明II_一丙交酯與蠶蛹蛋白投料比為34:1時得到特性粘數(shù)最大為0.2446dL/g的共聚物.用傅里葉紅外光譜(FTIR)、熱重分析(TGA)、差示掃描量熱法(DSC)和X射線衍射(XRD)對PLLA—CO—SCP共聚物的結構、熱性能及結晶性能進行了表征.FTIR譜圖分析結果表明:合成的PLLA—CO—SCP共聚酯兼具了PLLA鏈段的酯基和蠶蛹蛋白的酰胺基;TGA測試結果顯示PLLA—CO—SCP特性粘數(shù)越大熱穩(wěn)定性越高,SCP含量越高熱分解殘留率越大;DSC和XRD結果表

7、ersincreasedwithincreasingSCPcon。tent.TheresultsofXRDandtheDSCsuggestedthatthecrystallizationofPLLA-CO—SCPwasmainlycausedbyPLIJAsegments,andthelongerPLLAsegmentswere,thehighercrystallinityandthebettercrystalthePLLA—COSCPgot.TheXRDanalysisconfirmedthatthecrystalunitcellsofPLLA—
