1、河北工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要近年來,全國(guó)啤酒行業(yè)的不斷整合、合并,對(duì)各公司人力資源管理要求越來越高,QD啤酒北方銷售公司的薪酬管理體系,在變革中發(fā)揮的激勵(lì)作用越來越小。為增強(qiáng)薪酬激勵(lì)作用,本課題以薪酬管理的基本理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合調(diào)研的結(jié)果,對(duì)該公司現(xiàn)行的薪酬管理策略進(jìn)行分析。找出了QD啤酒北方銷售公司存在缺乏合理的薪酬結(jié)構(gòu),非經(jīng)濟(jì)性報(bào)酬種類少,經(jīng)濟(jì)性薪酬不能滿足不崗位員工對(duì)薪酬差異性的需求,員工流失嚴(yán)重等問題。通過對(duì)公司組織結(jié)構(gòu),人力資源結(jié)構(gòu),特別是員工的性別、年齡、文化程度等方面比較分析,針對(duì)QD啤酒北方銷售公司薪酬模式單一,忽視員工資本與需求差異,對(duì)員工激勵(lì)性不強(qiáng)等問題。細(xì)化了崗
2、位價(jià)值工資等級(jí),滿足了員工的多元化需求,調(diào)整了崗位績(jī)效比例,增加了福利種類,設(shè)計(jì)了以崗位價(jià)值工資與績(jī)效工資相結(jié)合的薪酬組合模式。突破低職務(wù)人員工資難以提高的瓶頸,發(fā)揮出薪酬制度的激勵(lì)性,提高公司對(duì)人才的吸引力。薪酬體系的變革必然會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大影響,為保障薪酬體系的順利實(shí)施,提出了完善薪酬總額控制制度、薪酬調(diào)整制度、薪酬考核制度、員工獎(jiǎng)懲制度,加強(qiáng)公司文化建設(shè)和注重宣傳與溝通的建議。關(guān)鍵詞:人力資源薪酬體系激勵(lì)I(lǐng)QD啤酒北方銷售公司薪酬體系優(yōu)化分析ABSTRACTInrecentyears,theintegrationofthenationalbeerindustry,themerger
