2、酸西替利嗪片10mg，每日一次。兩組均局部外用丹皮酚軟膏，每日兩次。每周記錄兩組患者自覺(jué)癥狀及皮損的變化情況，于治療4周后評(píng)價(jià)療效。結(jié)果：治療組31例完成試驗(yàn)，痊愈8例（25.8%），顯效17例（54.8%），有效5例（16.1%），無(wú)效1例（3.2%），總有效率96.8%；對(duì)照組31例完成試驗(yàn)，痊愈2例（6.4%)，顯效9例(29.0%)，有效15例(48.4%)，無(wú)效5例（16.1%），總有效率83.9%。經(jīng)Mann-Whitney秩和檢驗(yàn)，Z＝﹣3.601，P＝0.000，P＜0.05，兩組療
