1、新固態(tài)照明燈鹽分子燈之構(gòu)思謝煜弘南臺科技大學(xué)光電工程系暨研究所教授摘要複金屬燈(metal-halidelamp)不用螢光粉就可直接發(fā)白光,其發(fā)光效率比螢光燈還高,且它又無汞無污染環(huán)境之虞,其外型也顯得較為輕薄短小。然而複金屬燈也有其缺點,例如﹕需較長的熱起動時間、有音頻共振現(xiàn)象、造價偏高、體積仍不夠小、仍有玻璃罩殼、仍須起動器及安定器...等。本構(gòu)思在於詳細研究複金屬燈的發(fā)光機制,並藉此發(fā)光機制工作原理,來嘗試研製除白光LED、白光OLED外的固態(tài)照明(SSL)第三款元件,即所謂的鹽分子燈(暫時命名)。此鹽分子燈的製程是,將混合的鹵化物鹽類粉
2、末,以薄膜或厚膜製程技術(shù),在基板上形成一絕緣性鹽膜,並將此試樣浸泡於水中,讓鹽膜充分的吸收水氣濕氣,形成半導(dǎo)性,以利於後續(xù)當(dāng)加上電場時,鹽分子易於先極化後解離游離,形成金屬陽離子與鹵素陰離子,這些離子皆可悠遊於水氣濕氣之中。而當(dāng)金屬陽離子受到外加電場能量影響以及被穿梭於其間的高能電子衝撞後,致其產(chǎn)生二次電子的能階躍遷與掉落,因而釋放出混合色可見光形成白光。關(guān)鍵詞:照明、螢光燈、複金屬燈、固態(tài)照明、白光LED、白光OLED、鹽分子燈ABSTRACTFluorescentlamphashighlighting,engry-saving,duranc

8、白光LED及白光OLED等固態(tài)光源若想要取代居家室內(nèi)一般照明之各類光源,仍須等待若干年以後,當(dāng)它們的發(fā)光效率被提昇至65lm/w以上時才有可能。故就目
