1、玉郎傘水提物對(duì)大鼠的長(zhǎng)期毒性研究施之陳春霞黃仁彬（通訊作者）（廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)藥學(xué)院廣西南寧530021）【摘要】目的：觀察玉郎傘水提物對(duì)大鼠的長(zhǎng)期毒性，為臨床安全用藥提供依據(jù)。方法：80只Wistar大鼠（雌雄各半）隨機(jī)等分為對(duì)照組和玉郎傘水提物低、中、高劑量組（20、40、80g生藥?kg-l?d-l,相當(dāng)于人臨床日擬用量的20、40、80倍），連續(xù)灌胃給藥91天，停藥后觀察14天，對(duì)照組給以等體積蒸憾水。給藥期及停藥恢復(fù)期，觀察大鼠的體征、行為、攝食量、排泄等一般狀況，及血液學(xué)、血液?；笜?biāo)、臟體系數(shù)

8、;ChronicToxicity玉郎傘是蝶形花科植物疏葉崖豆的干燥塊根，又名龍眼參、大羅傘、土甘草等，主要分布于廣西、廣東地區(qū)，廣西民間將其用于治療氣血兩虛，失眠，小兒疳積、跌打損傷、中風(fēng)性偏癱等常見(jiàn)疾病，近年來(lái)，本課題組針對(duì)玉郎傘有效成分的作用做了較廣泛而深入的研究，前期研究表明玉郎傘具有保肝、益智、降血壓、抗應(yīng)激、清除氧自由基以及化療增敏等作用，具有潛在的廣泛應(yīng)用前景。故本實(shí)驗(yàn)用玉郎傘水提物對(duì)大鼠進(jìn)行91天的灌胃給藥及14天恢復(fù)期觀察，
