1、多排螺旋CT雙期增強(qiáng)掃描對巨塊型肝癌診斷價值【中圖分類號】R735.7；R814.42【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】A【文章編號】1003-8183-(2011)09-0009-02【摘要】目的：探討原發(fā)性肝癌的多排螺旋CT雙期增強(qiáng)特征及其診斷價值。方法：回顧性分析58例經(jīng)臨床及手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的巨塊型肝癌雙期增強(qiáng)表現(xiàn)，分析有關(guān)的CT征象。結(jié)果：①腫瘤實(shí)質(zhì)均呈不均勻性強(qiáng)化，并可出現(xiàn)3種基本形態(tài)的腫瘤血管，它們與瘤內(nèi)“密度更低區(qū)”有一定的關(guān)系；②部分腫瘤邊緣部或包膜分別或同時在動脈期及門脈期出現(xiàn)環(huán)形強(qiáng)化;③87.1%的巨塊型肝細(xì)胞癌肝內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移性子灶只在動脈期才被檢出。結(jié)論:①巨塊型肝細(xì)胞癌螺旋CT雙期增強(qiáng)掃描
