1、電話回訪服務(wù)對(duì)留置雙J管患者的影響研究［摘要］目的探討電話回訪服務(wù)對(duì)留置雙J管患者拔管依從性及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率的影響。方法將2011年7月?2013年12月南昌大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院泌尿外科收治的200例留置雙J管出院患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，各100例。對(duì)照組患者在住院期間及出院時(shí)均由專職護(hù)士進(jìn)行健康教育與出院指導(dǎo)；醫(yī)生在出院小結(jié)上注明患者的拔管時(shí)間及按時(shí)復(fù)診，觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上了以電話回訪服務(wù)，包括電話回訪式健康教育，制訂合理的飲食指導(dǎo)方案，專職護(hù)士記錄患者拔管時(shí)間和患者依從性等信息。結(jié)果觀察組患者的依從性明顯高于對(duì)照組，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)o結(jié)論電話回訪服務(wù)可明顯提高

7、腎盂結(jié)石、輸尿管結(jié)石、水腫造成的暫時(shí)性上尿路梗阻，預(yù)防術(shù)后輸尿管狹窄和漏尿的發(fā)生，在泌尿外科應(yīng)用廣泛［1］。臨床研究證實(shí)，多種原因均可導(dǎo)致術(shù)后雙J管拔除困難，其屮患者延遲甚至遺忘拔出雙J管可導(dǎo)致雙J管拔除困難并可造成嚴(yán)重后果，明顯影響患者術(shù)后康復(fù)［2］。雙J管在輸尿管內(nèi)長(zhǎng)期留置，容易出現(xiàn)右垢生成和雙J脆性增加，可導(dǎo)致雙J管拔出困難甚至斷裂可能［3-4］o基于以上臨床問題，為了預(yù)防留置雙J管患者延遲甚至遺忘拔管的發(fā)生，本科開展了雙J管留置患者的電
