1、連續(xù)血液凈化用于重癥膿毒癥治療療效觀察摘要：目的對重癥膿毒癥患者予以連續(xù)血液凈化治療的臨床效果進(jìn)行剖析。方法遵循隨機(jī)原則選取2014年9月?2015年9月于我院接受診療的重癥膿毒癥患者76例，并將其以每組38例平均分為普通組與特殊組。給予普通組患者進(jìn)行常規(guī)治療，對特殊組患者則在前者治理基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行連續(xù)血液凈化，然后對兩組患者的臨床表現(xiàn)和療效進(jìn)行記錄與比較。結(jié)果特殊組患者痊愈21例，改善17例，不存在失效病例，臨床總有效率為100.00%；而普通組患者痊愈11例，改善18例，失效9例，臨床總有效率為76.3
2、2%,前者療效明顯大于后者，且兩者數(shù)據(jù)差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)o同時(shí)，特殊組與普通組患者在各項(xiàng)生命指標(biāo)和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況兩方面上均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(前者優(yōu)于后者，P<0.05)o結(jié)論采用常?治療結(jié)合連續(xù)血液凈化對重癥膿毒癥患者進(jìn)行深入治療，除可獲得理想的療效外，亦可同時(shí)抑制不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生，值得大力推廣。關(guān)鍵詞：連續(xù)血液凈化；重癥膿毒癥；療效ContinuousBloodPurificationfortheTreatmentofSevereSepsisSUNIlan-gao(ICU,DazhuCo
