2、板事故：由于支護(hù)不良或措施不力，可能造成冒頂事故，尤其是掘進(jìn)窩頭，會(huì)傷及作業(yè)人員。（安全技術(shù)措施十三、2）2、抬運(yùn)溜槽、對(duì)接機(jī)尾時(shí)，人員協(xié)調(diào)不好，溜槽或機(jī)尾掉落傷人。（安全技術(shù)措施十三、12）3、放炮作業(yè)前，煤墻片幫形成的空間大于0.5m3以上時(shí)瓦斯員如果漏檢會(huì)受到放炮震動(dòng)波而引起瓦斯事故。（安全技術(shù)措施七、4）4、因角線、母線裸露而出現(xiàn)短接產(chǎn)生電火花引起事故（安全技術(shù)措施七、9）。5、打眼或放炮前，必須先有瓦檢員對(duì)作業(yè)范圍的空頂區(qū)域及作業(yè)附近20米范圍內(nèi)風(fēng)流瓦斯進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)，否則會(huì)因?yàn)橥咚狗e聚偏高而造成瓦斯事故（安全技術(shù)措施七、4）。theirownconditions
