1、摘要整體而言，完善我國(guó)農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)市場(chǎng)法律制度需要遵循比較利益優(yōu)勢(shì)原則、求同存異性原則、利益協(xié)調(diào)與利益共享原則等。從具體制度上說，需要從農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)市場(chǎng)的主體法律制度、利益分配制度、信息披露制度、法律監(jiān)管制度及糾紛解決制度等角度進(jìn)行完善。當(dāng)然，本文從社會(huì)中間層的視角進(jìn)行研究難免有不周之處，這在論文的結(jié)語部分進(jìn)行了說明，以期為該問題的進(jìn)一步研究提供參考。關(guān)鍵詞：農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)市場(chǎng)；社會(huì)中間層；法律規(guī)制IlABSTRACT”hasbeen”Theissueofagriculture，ruralareasandpeasantsalwaysallimportantproblemof
