1、安徽建筑工業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)專業(yè)機(jī)械設(shè)計制造及其自動化班級06城建機(jī)械2班學(xué)生姓名龍五學(xué)號06290070222課題節(jié)流閥內(nèi)部流場數(shù)值模擬分析指導(dǎo)教師黃磊2010年5月28日摘要單向節(jié)流閥是流體傳動與控制技術(shù)中重要的基礎(chǔ)元件,節(jié)流閥內(nèi)部的流場特性直接影響節(jié)流閥的性能。本文結(jié)合計算流體動力學(xué)CFD(ComputationalFluidDynamics)軟件FLUENT對節(jié)流閥的內(nèi)部流場進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬與分析計算。本文按照實際使用中的節(jié)流閥的參數(shù),采用SolidWorks軟件,建立了閥的三維幾何模型。運用FLUENT前
2、處理軟件GAMBIT了網(wǎng)格的劃分。在FLUENT軟件中對兩種模型的流場進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)態(tài)數(shù)值模擬。在主閥閥芯的性狀不同、邊界條件相同和節(jié)流口開口寬度不同、邊界條件相同時對流場進(jìn)行模擬,找出影響閥芯壓力和速度分布的因素。在對主閥口進(jìn)行模擬時,分別對比不同開口寬度時的沿程壓力分布情況,進(jìn)而選擇出最適合此處的主閥閥芯性狀和開口寬度。對阻尼小孔進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬時,重點考慮節(jié)流閥開口處兩端的壓力差,找到兩端壓力差小的阻尼孔直徑數(shù)值。關(guān)鍵詞:單向節(jié)流閥,內(nèi)部流場,數(shù)值模擬ABSTRACTUnidirectionalThrottleValve
