7、主要工藝流程和相關(guān)設(shè)備，認(rèn)識(shí)電氣控制設(shè)備和自動(dòng)化技術(shù)在有色金屬加工生產(chǎn)中的重要地位和作用。2．學(xué)習(xí)控制電器及其控制系統(tǒng)的基本原理，通過(guò)定崗跟班實(shí)踐，掌握有關(guān)電氣設(shè)備運(yùn)行和維護(hù)方面的知識(shí)，重點(diǎn)了解PLC在工廠電氣控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。3．學(xué)習(xí)幾種金屬壓延加工設(shè)備的運(yùn)動(dòng)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理，通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)人員的指導(dǎo)，結(jié)合學(xué)生自己的觀察、實(shí)踐及分析，能對(duì)照實(shí)物看懂控制系統(tǒng)的電氣原理圖、了解運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)調(diào)整、運(yùn)行和維護(hù)的基本方法。重點(diǎn)了解晶閘管可逆調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的工作原理與系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。4．了解全廠高壓供配電系統(tǒng)以及車間高低壓供電系統(tǒng)的基本組成及各主要設(shè)備、保護(hù)裝置、自動(dòng)
