2、有著極高的要求。對(duì)于它的加工工藝的研究和改進(jìn)有著很大的實(shí)際意義。本文主要針對(duì)某離心葉輪進(jìn)行如下研究:研究葉輪銑削加工,利用VERTCUT對(duì)銑削加工進(jìn)行仿真,對(duì)加工定位方式,刀具,程序等進(jìn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化,減少質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,提升葉型加工效率,葉型表面粗糙程度和表面完整性,對(duì)葉輪外形輪廓,小端,小端外徑合并加工,對(duì)葉輪大端,小端外徑磨削加工進(jìn)行以車代磨,通過(guò)普通和數(shù)控車削兩方面進(jìn)行研究,提高加工效率,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,減少機(jī)床排產(chǎn)等待時(shí)間。此外,葉輪加工還屬于薄壁類零件,加工過(guò)程中極易出現(xiàn)變形,給加工帶來(lái)了極大的不便。屬于難加工,易
