1、從本學(xué)科出發(fā),應(yīng)著重選對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)具有一定實(shí)用價(jià)值和理論意義的課題。課題具有先進(jìn)性,便于研究生提出新見解,特別是博士生必須有創(chuàng)新性的成果新型骨替代材料作者:吳一民,陳建庭,金大地【關(guān)鍵詞】骨替代材料摘要:[目的]研究珍珠層的生物相容性。[方法]在體外培養(yǎng)的第3代成骨細(xì)胞中分別加入珍珠層、橡膠的材料浸提液,觀察細(xì)胞形態(tài)、細(xì)胞膜和超微結(jié)構(gòu)的變化;通過(guò)BrdU核摻入法檢測(cè)細(xì)胞增殖情況、通過(guò)MTT法檢測(cè)成骨細(xì)胞代謝活性。[結(jié)果]實(shí)驗(yàn)組細(xì)胞形態(tài)及細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)良好、細(xì)胞膜完整;對(duì)照組中細(xì)胞形態(tài)發(fā)生改變,細(xì)胞膜及胞漿內(nèi)細(xì)胞器均有破壞;BrdU及MTT檢測(cè)結(jié)果
