1、內(nèi)螺紋瓶蓋注塑模設(shè)計摘要：木設(shè)計題目為螺紋瓶蓋注塑模設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了蓋類零件的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進一步加強了設(shè)計者注塑模的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊幷吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。本設(shè)計運用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機及確定型腔數(shù)目；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)，設(shè)計要點，及推出裝置的選取。通過分析間斷型內(nèi)螺紋瓶蓋的工藝性，可知內(nèi)螺紋為半圓型螺紋，由于該瓶蓋的材料為聚苯乙烯（PS）,該材料不宜采用強制脫
2、模。所以塑件采用內(nèi)抽芯機構(gòu)進行脫模，由圖可知，內(nèi)螺紋為兩個局部段，對應(yīng)在模具上制成兩個內(nèi)抽的滑塊。當(dāng)動定模分型時，在連接推桿的作用下，八個成型螺紋滑塊沿T形槽移出，產(chǎn)生向心的收攏運動。這些滑塊始終不脫離型芯座。由于瓶蓋的上部分要求嚴格，所以釆用點澆口澆注系統(tǒng)，脫模后不在修正澆口的痕跡。但采用這種澆口時，常常要在模具上增加一個分型面，以便澆口凝料脫模。關(guān)鍵詞：工藝分析塑件成型澆注系統(tǒng)模具結(jié)構(gòu)AnterruptedboxthreadbottlecapdiedesignAbstract：Thisdesigntopiccoversthenotemolddesignfor
