1、XX大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文負(fù)壓對糖尿病足犬皮膚CGRP免疫反應(yīng)性神經(jīng)纖維的影響2014年6月25日作者：李曉軍，王倩，易軍，凌瑞，王嶺，寧莫凡【摘要】目的：觀測正常犬及糖尿病足治療前后皮膚的降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽(CGRP)能感覺神經(jīng)纖維數(shù)量的變化.方法：犬15只.隨機分治療組5只、非治療組5只和正常對照組5只，治療組和非治療組均將動物制作左后肢糖尿病足模型，治療組在模型制作后14d,開始行患肢負(fù)壓治療10d(15min/次)；非治療組不做負(fù)壓治療.三組均行患肢足趾皮膚免疫組化染色，檢測CGRP免疫反應(yīng)陽性纖維.結(jié)果：非治療組皮膚中每400倍視野中CGRP免疫反應(yīng)陽性神經(jīng)纖維(53.2±5.6)較正常對
2、照組(1L7±2.3)ym/mm2增多(LSDt=16.94,P0.01),治療組(32.5±2.9)ym/mm2較非治療組減少(LSDt=8.47,P0.01),但仍較正常對照組增多(LSDt=8.47,P0.01).結(jié)論：糖尿病足發(fā)病后，遠(yuǎn)端肢體皮膚屮的CGRP免疫反應(yīng)陽性神經(jīng)纖維數(shù)量明顯增多，可能是機體的一種自身保護(hù)機制.肢體負(fù)壓療法可促進(jìn)感覺神經(jīng)纖維中CGRP釋放，擴張血管，可用于糖尿病足的治療.【關(guān)鍵詞】降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽；糖尿病足；肢體負(fù)壓[Abstract]AIM:Toinvestigatethechangesofcalcitoningenerelatedpeptide(CG
