1、乳香沒藥對大鼠肝臟毒性的比較研究周昆1，談英2，柳占彪1，張躍飛2，胡利民1，高秀梅1（1.天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)中醫(yī)藥研究院，天津市中藥藥理重點實驗室，天津300193；2.三九醫(yī)藥股份有限公司研發(fā)事業(yè)部，深圳518029）摘要：目的比較乳香和沒藥對大鼠的肝臟毒性。方法48只Wistar大鼠隨機分為4組，分別為對照組、乳香沒藥（1:1）組、乳香組、沒藥組，各給藥組劑量均為2.1g/kg，連續(xù)灌胃給藥12周。禁食12小時后水合氯醛麻醉動物，取血檢測血清生化指標(biāo)，并解剖稱取肝臟濕重計算肝臟系數(shù)，并測定肝組織中
2、MDA，光鏡下對肝臟進行病理組織學(xué)檢查。結(jié)果乳香沒藥組和乳香組大鼠的血清TC和肝組織中MDA明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）。給藥組大鼠肝系數(shù)均明顯升高（P<0.01），肝系數(shù)乳香組>乳香沒藥組>沒藥組。肝臟病理組織學(xué)檢查表明，乳香組2只大鼠肝臟中度脂肪變性而乳香沒藥組和沒藥組則未見明顯異常。結(jié)論乳香對大鼠的肝臟毒性強于沒藥。關(guān)鍵詞：乳香；沒藥；肝毒性ComparativestudyonhepatotoxicityofOlibanumandMyrrhainratsZHOUKun1,TANYing2,L
