2、stdecade,seacucumberhasbecomeoneofthemostcommerciallyimportantmariculturespeciesinnorthemChina.Theinnovationalstudiesaboutbroodstocks,larvaeandseedsculturingduringcriticalstagesofAjaponicusarelistedasfollows:Tostudytheeffectsoftemperatureongonadgrowthofadultseacucumber(Apostichopusjaponicu
3、s)duringbreedingseason.,gonaddevelopment,.gametescomposition,foodintake,foodconsumptionrate,oxygenconsumptionrateandsexhormonelevelweredetectedaftertheexperimentalanimalswereculturedatfivetreatments(6,10,14,18and21。C)for80days,andeachtreatmenthadfourreplicates.Wedemonstratedthatgonadindex(
