2、ermisandfollicle.Melanininvolveseumelaninandpheomelanin,it'SsynthesizedthroughaseriesofstagesinwhichtheenzymetyrosinaseactsonmelaninprecursorstOproducethedenselypigmentedgranules。Tyrosinaseisthekeyenzymeofmelanogenesisanddeterminethesynthesisandquantityofmelanin.Becausemelaninis

3、themainpigmentthatdeterminestheskincolor,someresearcherspaymuchattentiontothemodulationofmetanocytesandmelagenesisTherelationshipbetweenmelanocytesandothercells,thecontactbetweenmelanocytesandendocrinesystemorimmunesystem,theeffectofcytokineandthegenefamilyoftyronasewereinvestig

5、ndotherdrugsORB16murinemelanomacellsandnormalhumanmelanocytesinvitro,insearchofthemosteffectiveconcentrationandgetinsightOnthemechanismsinvolved.B16murinemelanomacellsandnormalhumanmelanocyteswerecdturedinvitroThecellsfromthesameoriginalbottleweretransplantedtothe96wellcellcultu

6、reclusterThecellconcentrationwereabout5+105/m1.B16murinemelanomacellswereincubatedfor24hours,whilethenormalhumanmelanocyteswereincubatedfor48hours.Thentheculturemediumwasreplacedandretinoicacidorotherdrugs^醫(yī)學系2000級碩士研究生學位論文wereaddedtoit.Aftertreatingfor72hours,tyrosinaseactivity
