1、南京理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文曲面高速銑削加工動態(tài)分析和仿真研究姓名:徐海濤申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):機(jī)械制造及自動化指導(dǎo)教師:丁武學(xué)20070701碩士論文曲面高速銑削加工動態(tài)分析和仿真研究摘要本文在球頭銑刀理論銑削力模型基礎(chǔ)上,考慮高速加工切屑慣性力,建立了單元銑削力模型,并針對深型腔的加工銑刀變形,建立了球頭銑刀變形銑削力模型,給出了曲面曲率變化的切入提前角和切出滯后角的切削區(qū)間模型。在許多模具和復(fù)雜零件中的曲面型腔加工需要采用細(xì)長桿球頭銑刀,因此在銑刀變形銑削力模型基礎(chǔ)上,針對動態(tài)銑削中細(xì)長桿球頭銑刀振動和工件表面波紋對切削厚度的再生反饋建立了動
2、態(tài)銑削力模型,并在ANSYS中進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,得出銑削刀具的模態(tài)固有振動頻率,為球頭銑刀截面系數(shù)的求解提供必要的數(shù)據(jù)。銑刀在銑削時(shí)的振動位移是影響工件加工質(zhì)量的重要因素之一。本文利用MATLAB/GLⅡI具對動態(tài)銑削力模型和振動位移模型進(jìn)行了仿真分析,研究了銑削參數(shù)對銑刀在曲面高速銑削時(shí)動態(tài)銑削力和振動位移的影響。論文通過曲面高速銑削實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)鍘銑削力,并與仿真結(jié)果對比,仿真與實(shí)測結(jié)果之間的相對誤差較小,證明了模型的正確性。論文利用動態(tài)銑削力模型和振動位移模型對高速銑削加工中振動進(jìn)行了預(yù)測研究,進(jìn)而可以優(yōu)化切削參數(shù),并可為曲面高速加工中刀具運(yùn)動軌跡優(yōu)化
