1、內(nèi)容提要論文通過對日益勃興的反全球化運動近年來涌現(xiàn)的一種新形式——世界社會論壇的梳理與評析，以期人們對這一全新的反全球化運動形式有一個全面的了解與把握，從而可能為窺測反全球化運動的全貌和發(fā)展趨勢、反全球化與全球化的互動關(guān)系、全球化的未來走向和全球公民社會的發(fā)展提供一個新的視角。首先，把世界社會論壇的興起置于宏觀的歷史背景和波瀾壯闊的反全球化運動的氛圍之中，對其興起的原因進行分析和探討。接著，對2001至2006年歷屆世界社會論壇的概況進行梳理，圍繞世界社會論壇以“另一個世界是可能的”為宗旨，團結(jié)與整合各種反全球化運動，駁斥新自由主義全球化，尋求新自由主義全球化
2、之替代方案的努力，厘清其發(fā)展的軌跡。最后，在前文論述的基礎(chǔ)上，嘗試對世界社會論壇進行評析與展望，分析了它對反全球化抗議運動的發(fā)展與超越之處，及其所尋求的替代方案對全球化和全球公民社會甚至對新型世界政治的發(fā)展所可能帶來的積極影響與啟示作用。在分析其缺陷與不足的基礎(chǔ)上，指出世界社會論壇如果能適當應(yīng)對和妥善解決其發(fā)展動力與其固有結(jié)構(gòu)之間的矛盾以及有關(guān)其性質(zhì)和發(fā)展趨向的爭論，它將會發(fā)揮更大的影響與作用。關(guān)鍵詞：世界社會論壇反全球化(運動)全球化AbstractThethesistouchesonWorldSocialForum，anewly-emergedformof
