2、的具體運用和創(chuàng)造性的發(fā)展和深化?！昂椭C社會”與“和諧世界”是相輔相成，不可分割的。如果沒有“和諧世界”，就無法構(gòu)建“和諧社會”；如果沒有“和諧社會”，也不可能有“和諧世界”。“和諧世界”與“和諧社會”這一雙和模式的提出，成為我們黨在新世紀新階段治理國家和推動世界共同發(fā)展的新思路、新理念和新方法。這體現(xiàn)了中國共產(chǎn)黨對人類社會發(fā)展規(guī)律、社會主義建設規(guī)律以及共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政規(guī)律認識的深化和重大飛躍，必將對推動世界各國共同發(fā)展和中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生巨大的推動作用。通過對“和諧世界”提出的背景、發(fā)展過程、
