1、摘要目的：通過比較慢性乙肝患者血清中乙肝病毒(HBV)前S1、前S2抗原、E抗原與HBV-DNA之間的相關(guān)性，探討聯(lián)合檢測前S1、前S2抗原、E抗原的臨床意義。方法：隨機選擇586份慢性乙肝患者血清樣本，采用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)檢測患者血清中前S1、前S2抗原和E抗原，采用實時熒光定量聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(PCR)法檢測HBV-DNA，比較前S1、前S2抗原、E抗原與HBV-DNA相關(guān)性。結(jié)果：前S1、前S2抗原、E抗原在HB％DNA陽性組的檢出率明顯高于HBV-DNA陰性組(均P<0．05)，且三者均與HBV-DNA存在相關(guān)性(相關(guān)系數(shù)r分
2、別為0．296，0．174，0．362)，相關(guān)性從高到低依次為E抗原、前Sl抗原和前S2抗原。聯(lián)合檢測中，前Sl抗原與E抗原、前S2抗原與E抗原、前S1抗原與前S2抗原、三項聯(lián)合檢測均與HBV_DNA存在相關(guān)性(r分別為O．376，0．589，0．462，0．607)，相關(guān)性均高于單項檢測，其中以聯(lián)合三項檢測與HBV-DNA相關(guān)性最高。結(jié)論：前S1、前S2抗原、E抗原與HBV-DNA具有良好的相關(guān)性，相關(guān)性從高到低依次為E抗原、前S1抗原和前S2抗原，聯(lián)合任意兩項及聯(lián)合三項檢測相關(guān)性均高于單項檢測，且以聯(lián)合三項檢測相關(guān)性最高。前Sl、前S2抗原、E抗原三
