1、乙肝患者血清前S1抗原檢測及其臨床價值［摘要］目的探討和分析血清前S1抗原(Pi、esl)在乙肝感染患者臨床檢測中的檢測方法和應(yīng)用價值。方法方便選取該院2014年3月一2015年2月所收治的乙型肝炎感染患者190例作為研究對象，通過酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗方法，檢測患者的血清前S1抗原和乙肝病毒5項指標(biāo)，并運用熒光定量PCR法，來檢測患者的HBV-DNA指標(biāo)，然后分析血清前S1抗原和HBV-DNA和HBeAg指標(biāo)的陽性。結(jié)果經(jīng)檢測，以HBV-DNA陽性為標(biāo)準，患者血清前S1抗原和HBV-DNA檢測的陽性率分別為96.9%和98.5%,患者的該兩項指標(biāo)對比，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(x
2、2=0.037,P>0.05)；以血清HBsAg指標(biāo)陽性結(jié)果為標(biāo)準，患者血清前S1抗原和HBeAg指標(biāo)檢測的陽性率分別為8&5%和96.6%,患者的該兩項指標(biāo)對比，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(x2=1.362,P>0.05)o結(jié)論乙肝病毒前S1抗原可以較好地反映出HBV的復(fù)制狀況，對于乙肝感染者開展血清前S1抗原檢測，能夠明顯地降低單純血清學(xué)檢驗中的假陰性率，并降低誤診和漏診的發(fā)生率，值得臨床推廣。［關(guān)鍵詞］乙肝前S1抗原；乙肝病毒；乙肝感染［中圖分類號］R446.6［文獻標(biāo)識碼］A［文章編號］1674-0742(2016)04(c)-0098-02［Abstract］Obje
