7、·············...............................61個(gè)人簡歷???????????????????????.62中文摘要硫化氫對(duì)大鼠急性心肌缺血的影響摘要心肌缺血是指心臟的血液灌注減少,導(dǎo)致心臟的供氧減少,心肌能量代謝不正常,不能支持心臟正常工作的一種病理狀態(tài),嚴(yán)重威脅人類的身心健康,因而對(duì)于缺血心肌保護(hù)的研究是倍受關(guān)注的課題。大量動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)及臨床試驗(yàn)均表明,細(xì)胞凋亡是急性心肌缺血損傷發(fā)病機(jī)制的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一,線粒體在細(xì)胞整合各種凋亡刺激信號(hào)的過程中處于樞紐地位。作為繼一氧
8、化氮(nitricoxide,NO)和一氧化碳(carbonmonoxide,co)之后的第三種重要化學(xué)遞質(zhì)和細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)分子一硫化氫(hydrogensulfide,H2S)一直倍受醫(yī)學(xué)界的關(guān)注。內(nèi)源性H2S主要由半胱氨酸等含硫氨基酸在胱硫醚.13.合成酶(cystathionine.p.synthase,CBS)和胱硫醚.y.裂解酶(cystathionine-丫.1yase,CSE)作用下生成的
