2、2009to2010.ThecharacteristicsofNabsorption,distributionandutilizationatdifferentgrowthstageswhenfertilizeindefferentphasesandmethod,andtheeffectofdifferentnitrogentreatmentonyieldandqualityundertheconditionoffieldcultivationbyusingthirteen-year-oldpeach(prunuspersical.CV)werestudi
3、ed.Themainresultswereasfollows:1、Afieldexperimentwascarriedouttoevaluatetheeffectsofdifferentfertilizeramount(compostN:P:K=16:8:20,0-2250kg/ha)onyield,qualityandsoilmineralnitrogen.Theresultshowedthatallthetreatmentsincreasedinorganicnitrogenaccumulationinsoilandchlorophyllcontent
4、.Onbalance,thetreatmentof1500kg/hashowedoptimalperformanceincreasedthegrowthofindividualfruitby20.8%,yieldby26.4%,solublesolidby1%vs.1515controls.UsingNtracertechniquetoevaluatethecharacteristicsofNabsorption,distributionwhenfertilizebeforefruitexpandingstage.Twoweeksaftersuppling
5、nitrogen,151515Nwasfoundinleaf,andtheNcontentincreasedasthetime.TheNcontentoffruitand15leafwassimilaratthestageoffruitexpanding.HoweverleafandfruittookupNH4-Nfaster1515whenNH4-NandNO3-Nsuppliedsimultaneously.Inthefollowingyear,theNdff%ofleafandfruitwasobservablyhigherinthetreatmen
6、toffertilizebeforefruitexpandingstagethaninspingbeforesprout.Inconclusion,rationalfertilizerbeforfruitexpandingcouldincreaseyieldandquality,andalsowasgoodforflowering、fruitsettingandgrowth.2、Atthestageofharvest,weparsedthewholeplantthatwasfertilizedindefferentphases(beforefruitexp
7、anding、beforesproutandinneonatalbranchrapidgrowthperiod).We15foundthatthelargestamountofNinnew-growthorgans(leaves,branchesandfruit)wasinthetreatmentoffruitexpandingstage;Ndistributionrateinperennialbranchesandrootswasabout40-56%,inleafandnew-growthbrancheswas35%,andinfruitwas6-20
