1、山西醫(yī)科大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文Fascin和MVD的表達(dá)與垂體腺瘤侵襲性的關(guān)系中文摘要目的檢測Fascin及MVD在侵襲性和非侵襲性垂體腺瘤中的表達(dá)，探討其與垂體腺瘤侵襲性的關(guān)系及它們之間的相關(guān)性。方法1.選取垂體腺瘤手術(shù)標(biāo)本45例（包括侵襲性垂體腺瘤24例和非侵襲性垂體腺瘤21例）。全部組織經(jīng)10％福爾馬林固定，常規(guī)脫水后石蠟包埋，連續(xù)切片。2.采用免疫組化Envision法檢測Fascin在侵襲性垂體腺瘤、非侵襲性垂體腺瘤中的表達(dá)水平,測定垂體腺瘤組織MVD。3.統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析兩組之間Fasicn蛋白的表達(dá)、MVD計(jì)數(shù)的差異，以及侵襲性垂體腺瘤中Fascin
2、的表達(dá)與MVD計(jì)數(shù)之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)果1.在24例侵襲性垂體腺瘤中，F(xiàn)ascin陽性表達(dá)18例，占75.0％，而在21例非侵襲性垂體腺瘤中Fascin表達(dá)陽性者為9例，占42.9％，兩組比較，有顯著性差異（χ2=4.821，P=0.028）。2.MVD計(jì)數(shù)，在侵襲性垂體腺瘤中為42.27±8.04，在非侵襲性垂體腺瘤中為30.31±6.16，經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析有明顯差異（t=5.539，p=0.000）。3.經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析，侵襲性垂體腺瘤中Fascin的表達(dá)水平均與MVD計(jì)數(shù)呈正相關(guān)（r=0.713，p=0.000）。結(jié)論1.與非侵襲性垂體腺瘤組相比，F(xiàn)asc
