1、-ABSTRACTgroupwas80%(36/45),higherthan58.1%(18/31)negativeexpressiongroup,2therewasstatisticallysignificantdifference(X=4.294,P<0.05);RASSF1proteinpositiveexpressionandesophagealcancerradiotherapyrecentcurativeeffectispositivelyrelatedtorelationship(r
2、=0.238,P=0.039).TheexpressionofCOX-2wascorrelatedwithradiosensitivityofESCC,butisnotindependentfactors.Fullsetofcompleteremission(CR)in41cases(53.9%)andpartialresponse(PR)in13(17.1%),SDfor18cases(23.7%),andPDfor4cases(5.1%).Theoverall1,2,3,4yearsofsur
3、vivalratesforESCCafterradiotherapywere62%,37%,18%,13%,andthemediansurialwas17months.UnivariateanalysisshowedthatTstaging,overallresponserate,RASSF1positiveexpressionandRASSF1positive+XRCC1negative(P=0.034,0.000,0.004,0.008)associatedwithprognosis.Whil

5、e,hasnoassociationwithradiationprognosis(P>0.05).MultivariateanalysisshowedthatoverallresponserateandRASSF1positiveexpressionradiationasindependentprognosticfactors(P=0.000and0.026),anditsassociatedORvalueswere3.724and2.065。.Conclusion:Theexpressionof
6、COX-2wascorrelatedwithradiosensitivityofESCC,butisnotindependentfactors.XRCC1proteinnegativeexpressionofoverallresponseratehigherefficientthanpositiveexpression,tosomeextenthintsXRCC1proteinnegativeexpressionofpatientsmaybenefitfromradiationtherapy.Po
