1、第l2期機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與制造2015年12月MachineryDesign&Manufacture147遠(yuǎn)程控制液壓油管鉗自動(dòng)上卸扣裝置設(shè)計(jì)耿玉廣,谷全福,孫連會(huì),王鐵峰(1.華北油田公司采油工程研究院,河北任丘062552;2.華北油田公司第二采油廠(chǎng),河北霸州065709)摘要:在油氣田修井作業(yè)起下管柱過(guò)程中,需要工人站在井口反復(fù)操控液壓油管鉗上卸扣,不但勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,而且時(shí)刻面臨磕碰夾擠、高空落物、有害井液飛濺等多種危險(xiǎn)與危害。為了解決這一問(wèn)題,依托現(xiàn)有修井機(jī)的液壓、電氣動(dòng)力和提升條件,結(jié)合開(kāi)口型液壓油管鉗結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),綜合運(yùn)用電控及液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)

7、tyandtiredofworkingcondition.KeyWords:RemoteControl;HydraulicTubingPincers;Automation;ScrewingDevice;Design1引言環(huán)境差,起下管柱旋扣動(dòng)作頻繁、重復(fù)單調(diào),工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度很大,而且站在井口操作的工人時(shí)刻面臨著磕碰夾擠、高空落物、從井液壓油管鉗(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng):液壓鉗,下同)是油氣田修井作業(yè)中用來(lái)中帶出的有害油氣水飛濺等多種危險(xiǎn)與危害。因此,實(shí)現(xiàn)液壓鉗上卸油管扣的一種專(zhuān)用工具。液壓鉗主要由主鉗和背鉗兩部分組遠(yuǎn)程控制自動(dòng)上卸扣,取代傳統(tǒng)的人工井口操
