1、摘要本文主要研究了Fe.Cu復(fù)合粉體在高能球磨過(guò)程中能量的儲(chǔ)存以及變化情況對(duì)金屬結(jié)合劑燒緡陛能的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)Fe—Cu復(fù)合粉體進(jìn)行XRD、DSC、掃描電鏡、面分布和燒結(jié)性能的分析來(lái)了解在球磨過(guò)程中的能量?jī)?chǔ)存方式和變化情況,從而證明了這種儲(chǔ)能對(duì)金屬結(jié)合劑的燒結(jié)溫度和性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,隨著球磨加工的進(jìn)行,粉體的顆粒和晶粒尺寸減小,晶格常數(shù)變大。由于晶粒尺寸的減小和品格常數(shù)的變大,使得表面能和界面能增加并產(chǎn)生了大量的缺陷和位錯(cuò)。DSC和掃描電鏡以及面分布分析的結(jié)果表明上述變化是其儲(chǔ)存能量的主要來(lái)源。這些儲(chǔ)存的能量在燒結(jié)過(guò)程中使燒結(jié)溫度大幅度下降。在Fe—Cu二元系中加入金屬sn

6、andSiCaftermillingwereaddedtoFe—Cusystem.Thesintercapabilitiesofsamplewerepromotedwithcontinuemillingtime.The663bronzeandSiCadditivewereaddedtoFe45Cu45Snl0thatwasmilled,theadditiveshouldhemilledsometimeanditsquantityshouldbeappropriated.Inthistime.thekindsofthecapabilitieswereallreachedmaxima
7、l.itwasinstructionalsignificancetoproducemetalintegrateagentdiamondtools.Theexperimentshowedthatthesintertemperatureandthedamnificationofdiamondweregreatlycomedownanddiminishedinconditionofsatisfyingcapabilitiesofdiamondtoolsbymilling.Thequal
