1、泡沫鋁的粉末冶金法制各工藝改進及其孔結(jié)構(gòu)控制研究摘要粉末冶金發(fā)泡法由于能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)泡沫鋁異形件的近凈成型和制各泡沫鋁芯三明治結(jié)構(gòu)而受到廣泛的關(guān)注。本文對泡沫鋁的粉末冶金制備工藝進行了較大的改進,并提出了穩(wěn)定熔體泡沫、優(yōu)化泡沫鋁孔結(jié)構(gòu)的措施:同時對泡沫鋁芯管狀復合結(jié)構(gòu)的制備進行了探索。研究表明,在常規(guī)工藝的基礎(chǔ)上采取鋁粉的氧禽量鑒定、鋁粉粒度的篩分和添加Sic顆粒等措施來控制熔體粘度,同時引入擠壓、軋制等改善預制件發(fā)泡性能的工藝可以有效地改善泡沫鋁樣品的質(zhì)量。確定了最佳工藝參數(shù):混粉時間5h、燒結(jié)溫度450。C、燒結(jié)時聞1.5h;熱壓壓力300MPa、發(fā)泡溫度750"C、發(fā)泡
2、時間900s、冷卻方式為霧冷。重點研究了泡沫鋁孔結(jié)構(gòu)的控制因素,認為熔體粘度和發(fā)泡劑含量是決定孔結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵因索,并提出相應的改善措施:混粉時添加適量的SiC顆粒以增加熔體粘度,抑制熔體毛細力、減少孔合并以及抑制重力排液、減小孔隙率縱向分布梯度;降低發(fā)泡劑含量至展佳范圍(O.2~O.6%),減少烙體泡沫合并而形成大孔的幾率,使孔徑分布趨向均勻化,最終改善泡沫鋁孔結(jié)構(gòu)。研究了泡沫鋁芯管狀復合結(jié)構(gòu)的制備及其界面結(jié)合機制,結(jié)果表明:保護氣氛下,預制件發(fā)泡后與鍍鋅鋼管可以實現(xiàn)冶金結(jié)合。與鋼基體緊密結(jié)合的鍍層和鋁液間發(fā)生反應是實現(xiàn)界面結(jié)合的根本原因。關(guān)鍵詞:粉末冶金泡沫鋁工藝改進孔
