1、摘要鐵基非晶納米晶合金的磁導(dǎo)率、激磁電流和鐵損等軟磁性能優(yōu)于硅鋼片,價(jià)格便宜,因而廣泛應(yīng)用于配電變壓器、中頻變壓器、大功率電感、電抗器等。研究如何改善其磁性能具有重大意義。本文主要針對(duì)Fe73.5CulNb3Sil3.589、Fe78Sil389兩種不同成分的鐵基納米晶鐵氧體復(fù)合材料磁粉芯的磁導(dǎo)率和品質(zhì)因數(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地研究。首先,開(kāi)發(fā)了可行的低溫?zé)Y(jié)成型的錳鋅鐵氧體制備工藝;然后研究了鐵氧體溶膠量、熱處理工藝及測(cè)試溫度等因素對(duì)復(fù)合材料磁粉芯軟磁性能的影響情況,找到了其影響規(guī)律。研究表明,隨著鐵氧體溶膠量的增加,磁粉芯的磁導(dǎo)率減小,而Q值卻隨鐵氧體溶膠量的增加緩慢增大。Fe73
2、.5CulNb3Sil3.589/鐵氧體復(fù)合材料磁粉芯在熱處理工藝500℃X2d'時(shí),測(cè)試頻率為500KHz時(shí),磁導(dǎo)率達(dá)到最大值60。其品質(zhì)因數(shù)Q值在200KHz~1000KHz頻段中,具有波動(dòng)性,Q值在500KHz時(shí)達(dá)N51。測(cè)試溫度對(duì)復(fù)合磁粉芯的磁導(dǎo)率和品質(zhì)因數(shù)均有影響,測(cè)試溫度從30℃升高到80℃時(shí),磁導(dǎo)率從60.1降低到58.4,變化率為2.8%,而品質(zhì)因數(shù)從59下降到54。當(dāng)鐵氧體溶膠量為7%、熱處理工藝為2小時(shí)500℃及30℃的測(cè)試溫度等因素下Fe78Sil389/鐵氧體復(fù)合材料磁粉芯的磁導(dǎo)率在1MHz時(shí)達(dá)到最大值32,Q值在500KHz達(dá)到最大值30。關(guān)鍵詞:磁
