1、摘要本文中探討了采用“兩步法”及“原位聚合法"制備銀納米粒子包覆的聚苯乙烯(PS)球的復(fù)合納米粒子的試驗(yàn)方法與機(jī)理。并討論了鎳鍍層在兩步法中的作用(在聚苯乙烯微球表面進(jìn)行化學(xué)鍍鎳,有助于提高化學(xué)鍍銀的銀層與微球之間的結(jié)合力)。兩步法是先通過(guò)乳液聚合法合成出聚苯乙烯微球;然后對(duì)苯乙烯進(jìn)行敏化和活化,攪拌下加入銀的還原液,從而制備出核殼結(jié)構(gòu)的納米微球。原位聚合是在同一個(gè)體系中采用原位還原的方法合成Ag/PS納米粒子。對(duì)于合成的Ag/PS納米粒子我們借助于TEM、UV/vis、FE.SEM對(duì)其進(jìn)行了表征,分析其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:按照本實(shí)驗(yàn)配方,采用乳液聚合法制備的聚苯乙烯微
2、球穩(wěn)定性良好(放置一個(gè)月依然分散均勻),粒徑僅30-40nm(是迄今為止的最小尺寸);兩步法制備的Ag/PS微球分散均勻,粒徑均一,粒徑為45-350nm且通過(guò)改變實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)可以隨意控制金屬銀殼的厚度,從而制備出任意粒徑的聚苯乙烯/銀核殼式納米粒子(40-400hm)。原位聚合得到的Ag/PS粒子形狀不規(guī)則,且團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重。本文還對(duì)兩步法的合成機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析,提出:過(guò)硫酸銨引發(fā)AA和St共聚形成的改性PS表面荷有大量帶負(fù)電的S0。2一和COO一,帶正電的Sn2+以靜電力吸附在PS球表面。加入PbCl2后,Sn2+與Pb2+發(fā)生氧化還原反應(yīng):Sn2++Pb2+一Sn4++Pb。
