2、個實驗組中分別摻入最佳摻量的NaOH、水玻璃和CaO,振搗成型,測定堿對流動度和凝結(jié)時間的影響,用掃描電鏡探求膠砂的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),隨后養(yǎng)護(hù)至齡期。按照《普通混凝土力學(xué)性能試驗方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》測定混凝土抗壓強度和劈拉強度,通過強度比較,算出強度提高率;可以得出摻堿對早期和后期強度發(fā)展的影響。結(jié)果表明,摻堿能促凝且膠砂流動度減??;摻堿粉煤灰早期強度發(fā)展快,后期發(fā)展較緩慢,90d強度基本能夠滿足設(shè)計要求;掃描電鏡中,由于水泥水化加快,粉煤灰活性得以激發(fā),早期強度得到改善;經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)效益顯著。關(guān)鍵詞:粉煤灰;摻堿粉煤灰水泥;堿激發(fā)劑;混凝土;
