1、摘要共聚物被開發(fā)用作水處理劑以來(lái),在這一領(lǐng)域迅速獲得了廣泛應(yīng)用.近些年來(lái),有關(guān)向共聚物中引入磺酸基團(tuán)的研究備受關(guān)注。本文以水為溶劑,l一羥基.2烯丙氧基丙磺酸鈉(AHPSE)為含磺酸鹽主要功能單體,并輔以一定比例的其他功能單體,利用溶液聚合制備了具有一定緩蝕性能的AHPSE多元共聚物海水阻垢劑,并對(duì)影響產(chǎn)物阻垢性能的工藝條件,如單體配比、反應(yīng)溫度和引發(fā)劑用量等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在海水體系中,該系列多元共聚物對(duì)碳酸鈣、磷酸鋅垢均有一定的抑制作用,對(duì)氧化鐵也有較好的分散作用。本文在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用性能價(jià)格比最佳的配方,AHPSE為
2、含磺酸鹽主要功能單體,制備了阻垢性能優(yōu)異的多元共聚物阻垢分散劑。并對(duì)產(chǎn)物的阻垢性能進(jìn)行較全面的評(píng)價(jià),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在海水體系中,當(dāng)其用量在2mg/L時(shí)阻碳酸鈣垢率就已達(dá)73.8%,可知該藥劑具有明顯的低劑量作用。當(dāng)其用量為18mg/L時(shí),鋅磷阻垢率分別達(dá)到了48.33%和95.69%,而用量為12mg/L時(shí)分散氧化鐵時(shí)的透光率可達(dá)48.5%。此外,本文還對(duì)多元共聚物在海水中對(duì)碳鋼、銅合金的緩蝕性能及其可生物降解性能進(jìn)行了初步的探索研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該多元共聚物無(wú)論是對(duì)碳鋼還是銅合金它都具有一定的緩蝕性能,同時(shí)還具有可生物降解性能。關(guān)鍵詞;多元共
