1、佳木斯大學碩士學位論文摘要燒結(jié)是陶瓷制各的關(guān)鍵工序。關(guān)于陶瓷的燒結(jié)動力學已經(jīng)進行了大量實驗研究,但其研究周期長、成本高、數(shù)據(jù)分散,難以準確描述燒結(jié)致密化全過程。本文使用有限元軟件ABAQUS的用戶子程序CREEP實現(xiàn)了燒結(jié)模擬的粘彈性本構(gòu)模型,首次應用該模型模擬鈦酸鋇(BaTi03)的燒結(jié),通過有限元數(shù)值模擬研究了陶瓷燒結(jié)的影響因素。本文系統(tǒng)地研究單元數(shù)目、熱膨脹系數(shù)、表面能、轉(zhuǎn)變溫度和粘性流動激活能對燒結(jié)有限元模擬結(jié)果的影響,證明粘彈性模型可以應用于BaTi03陶瓷燒結(jié)模擬。隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,有限元模擬的燒結(jié)收縮率增大,相對密度增大,模擬結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果—致。隨著升溫速
2、率的加快,有限元模擬的最大收縮率相近,約為15%左右,燒結(jié)的相對密度較高。結(jié)果表明,升溫速率對有限元模擬的燒結(jié)收縮率和相對密度幾乎不產(chǎn)生影響,與實驗結(jié)果反映出的規(guī)律相同。隨著初始相對密度的增加,有限元模擬的燒結(jié)收縮率減小,相對密度增大,模擬結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果一致。隨著燒結(jié)初始條件的不同,粘彈性模型模擬的BaTi03陶瓷燒結(jié)收縮率都與實驗結(jié)果一致,表明粘彈性模型用于BaTi03陶瓷燒結(jié)模擬具有良好的自洽性。關(guān)鍵詞:鈦酸鋇;陶瓷;固相燒結(jié);有限元模擬-1.佳木斯大學碩士學位論文AbstractThesi]毗口ingprocessisthemostimport刪stepinfile
