6、??????????..92Acknowledgements?????????????????????????????????.102VI山東大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化時(shí)代,企業(yè)間的知識(shí)流動(dòng)越來越快,將創(chuàng)新嚴(yán)格控制在企業(yè)內(nèi)部的傳統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新模式已經(jīng)不再適應(yīng)快速的產(chǎn)品更新需求,外部創(chuàng)新源開始充當(dāng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新來源的“蓄水池”,在企業(yè)創(chuàng)新過程中充當(dāng)重要角色。本文以此為背景,研究了外部創(chuàng)新源與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效之間的關(guān)系以及吸收能力如何影響這一關(guān)系。本文首先從資源基礎(chǔ)觀、知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)觀和交易成本理論三個(gè)方面簡要介紹了研究所需的理論基礎(chǔ),并對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于開放式創(chuàng)新、外部創(chuàng)新源、吸收能力和創(chuàng)新績效的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回
7、顧和梳理,以此為基礎(chǔ)形成了初步的研究思路。隨后,借鑒前人研究,從數(shù)量維、質(zhì)量維和時(shí)間維三個(gè)維度分別闡述了外部創(chuàng)新源規(guī)模、外部創(chuàng)新源關(guān)系質(zhì)量和外部創(chuàng)新源關(guān)系穩(wěn)定性對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的影響。進(jìn)一步地,本文引入吸收能力這一概念,探討了其在上述過程中的調(diào)節(jié)作用,并通過對上述關(guān)系的進(jìn)一步細(xì)化與擴(kuò)展,得到了外部創(chuàng)新源與創(chuàng)新績效的概念模型和研究假設(shè)。最后,通過問卷調(diào)查收集了山東、貴州和江蘇三地188個(gè)企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù),對提出的研究假
