1、中文摘要隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力、人民生活水平都有了大幅度的提高，然而在發(fā)展中也出現(xiàn)了一系列的不利問(wèn)題。在2010年兩會(huì)的網(wǎng)上調(diào)查中，收入分配問(wèn)題成為了網(wǎng)民最關(guān)心的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。收入分配事關(guān)社會(huì)公平，蛋糕切分體現(xiàn)政府良知。收入分配直接關(guān)系到廣大人民的切身利益，關(guān)系到廣大人民的生產(chǎn)積極性，關(guān)系到整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)能否健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展，關(guān)系到整個(gè)社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定。理順好當(dāng)前我國(guó)收入分配關(guān)系，解決收入分配中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，是促進(jìn)我國(guó)和諧發(fā)展，構(gòu)建我國(guó)和諧社會(huì)的最重大的問(wèn)題。本文是從一般角度，整體上系統(tǒng)全面的對(duì)收入分配問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究，是在對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的深入分析和解
2、決實(shí)際問(wèn)題上進(jìn)行探討的。“以古為鏡，可以知興衰”，首先，本文陳述了當(dāng)前我國(guó)收入分配理論的概述，分別分析了馬克思、毛澤東、鄧小平的收入分配理論，對(duì)待完善當(dāng)前收入分配問(wèn)題有很大的借鑒。第二，本文運(yùn)用大量的數(shù)據(jù)論證了當(dāng)前我國(guó)收入分配的現(xiàn)狀，其中有合理的一面，也有弊端。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，當(dāng)前我國(guó)收入分配出現(xiàn)了收入差距拉大的現(xiàn)象，主要表現(xiàn)在城鄉(xiāng)收入差距，行業(yè)之間收入差距，東西部地區(qū)收入差距的拉大現(xiàn)象，而且已經(jīng)到了危險(xiǎn)的邊緣。第三，本文對(duì)當(dāng)前收入分配制度中出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的原因做了全面的宏觀的思考，造成收入分配問(wèn)題的原因有很多，本文主要分析了我國(guó)收入分配制度的不完善，收
3、入分配實(shí)施過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的灰色收入，城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)造成的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距，行業(yè)壟斷經(jīng)營(yíng)導(dǎo)致了行業(yè)間收入差距拉大，東西部地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡造成了東西部收入差距的拉大。在此基礎(chǔ)上，最后本文提出了針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)收入分配問(wèn)題的對(duì)策，以及完善我國(guó)收入分配制度與構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的關(guān)系。關(guān)鍵詞：中國(guó)，收入差距，分配制度，和諧社會(huì)-I-AbstractWiththeconstantdevelopmentofeconomy,ourcomprehensivenationalstrength,people'slivingstandardshavegreatlyimprov
