1、碩士論文3一氨基一4一甲氧基乙酰苯胺制各分散染料中間體的工藝研究摘要分散染料中間體是一類重要的有機(jī)中間體,在印染行業(yè)有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。分散染料中間體在國(guó)內(nèi)外有很大市場(chǎng),因此對(duì)其合成工藝的研究具有非常重要的意義。本論文以3.氨基一4.甲氧基乙酰苯胺(AMA)為原料,與不同的底物C2H5Br、n-C4HgBr、n-C6H13Br、CH2=CHCH2CI、PhCH2C1、C1CHECH20CH2CH20H、CICH2COOCH3、CH2=CHCOOCH3等進(jìn)行氨基修飾反應(yīng),合成多種N,N一雙烷基或N,N.雙取代烷
2、基化合物,達(dá)到改性的目的??疾觳煌姆磻?yīng)條件,如縛酸劑種類和用量、投料比、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溶劑和催化劑等因素對(duì)各個(gè)產(chǎn)品收率的影響,篩選出較佳的工藝條件。在較佳工藝條件下,即水為反應(yīng)溶劑,AMA與C2H5Br、n.C4HgBr、CH2=CHCHECl的反應(yīng),產(chǎn)品收率均高于90%。伯胺單烷基或單取代烷基化反應(yīng)是有機(jī)合成中非常重要的反應(yīng),已經(jīng)被廣泛的應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)的改變和性質(zhì)的改進(jìn)。本論文以AMA為原料,分別與PhCHO、CH3CN、三聚氯氰進(jìn)行反應(yīng),合成相應(yīng)分散染料中間體??疾觳煌姆磻?yīng)條件,如縛酸劑
