1、提要目的：探討中藥理氣活血方對(duì)不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的臨床療效及其作用機(jī)制。方法：從山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院急診科病房和門(mén)診收集符合冠心病不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者，將這60例患者，按照隨機(jī)分組的原則，分為2組。對(duì)照組30例，給予常規(guī)西藥治療；治療組30例，在常規(guī)西藥治療的基礎(chǔ)上加服理氣活血方，一日一劑，早晚兩次分服，4周后進(jìn)行臨床療效評(píng)定。分別于治療前后行心電圖及血、尿、大便常規(guī)，血流變，血脂以及肝、腎功能等實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查，對(duì)治療前后患者的臨床癥狀、體征、心電圖及血脂等進(jìn)行綜合分析，從而評(píng)判其療效和安全性。結(jié)果：治療4周
