2、,利用Mapmaker/exp(Version3.0)作圖軟件構(gòu)建辣椒的分子連鎖圖譜,結(jié)合winQTLCART(Version1.15),對辣椒抗疫病的基因進行定位,將與感受性有關(guān)的QTL位點定位在第5條連鎖群上,與誘導(dǎo)性有關(guān)的QTL位點分別定位在第1、第2、第5和第8條連鎖群,與穩(wěn)定性有關(guān)的QTL位點定位在第1、第2、第5和第7條連鎖群,各QTL位點可解釋表型變異率在64%以上。關(guān)鍵詞:辣椒疫??;抗病基因;AFLP;連鎖圖譜中圖分類號:S188文獻標(biāo)識碼:A?文章編號:10061304(2007)05084708InheritanceofResistantT

7、antgene?amplifiedfragmentlengthpolymorphism(AFLP)?QTLmapping辣椒疫病是由疫霉菌(L.)1991?Peter.,1984?Bartual,?1994?Walker引起的毀滅性土傳病害,常在短期內(nèi)突發(fā)成災(zāi),對辣andBosland,1999)。研究表明,辣椒對疫霉菌的抗性椒生產(chǎn)影響極大。利用品種抗性是生產(chǎn)上最經(jīng)濟有遺傳規(guī)律相當(dāng)復(fù)雜,多數(shù)學(xué)者認(rèn)為其抗性是由多基效的防治途徑,但迄今為止所發(fā)現(xiàn)的幾個抗疫病辣因控制。LefebvreandPalloix(1996)在對辣椒椒材料均對疫病表現(xiàn)為數(shù)量抗性,其抗病性表達
