1、提要目的：本研究采用隔藥灸臍法與隔淀粉灸臍法分別治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)，觀察兩種治療方法對(duì)患者前列腺素、雌二醇、孕酮激素水平的影響，試圖闡釋隔藥灸臍法治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的作用機(jī)制及藥物在臍療中的作用。方法：將完成研究的66例原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)患者隨機(jī)分為兩組，隔藥灸臍組33例，隔淀粉灸臍組33例。觀察治療前后腹痛嚴(yán)重程度和前列腺素、雌二醇、孕酮含量的變化，對(duì)比兩組的差異。結(jié)果：隔藥灸臍組和隔淀粉灸臍組均能明顯減輕患者腹痛嚴(yán)重程度，與治療前相比，均具有極顯著性差異，但隔藥灸臍組療效優(yōu)于隔淀粉灸臍組；隔藥灸臍組和隔淀粉灸臍
