2、源型地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的若干指導(dǎo)意見，依托相關(guān)文獻資料，深刻把握國家公共政策，對伊金霍洛旗經(jīng)濟、社會、資源的基本情況及伊金霍洛旗資源型經(jīng)濟存在的主要問題進行實證分析，在結(jié)合國內(nèi)外資源型城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出加快伊金霍洛旗產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的相應(yīng)對策，旨在探討出獨具特色的伊金霍洛旗產(chǎn)業(yè)快速轉(zhuǎn)型升級的新路子，實現(xiàn)全旗經(jīng)濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。論文通過梳理專家學(xué)者對資源型地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型政策、制度、規(guī)劃研究，指出了伊金霍洛旗轉(zhuǎn)型升級發(fā)展的重要性，并科學(xué)地闡述了伊金霍洛旗經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展情況及轉(zhuǎn)型實踐狀況，最后提出了產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級發(fā)展的對策與途徑。關(guān)鍵詞：伊金霍洛旗、資源型地區(qū)、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型
