1、煤基合成油工程硫化氫吸收塔機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)浮閥塔的材料、總體結(jié)構(gòu)、強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。設(shè)計(jì)前預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備好設(shè)計(jì)資料、手冊(cè)、圖冊(cè)、計(jì)算和繪圖工具、圖紙及報(bào)告紙和國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等,并認(rèn)真研究設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū),分析設(shè)計(jì)題目的原始數(shù)據(jù)和工業(yè)條件,明確設(shè)計(jì)要求和設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容。計(jì)算的開(kāi)始先根據(jù)塔徑和各項(xiàng)已知要求選擇浮閥塔塔體、裙痤筒體的材料,再根據(jù)材料查出其許用應(yīng)力,通過(guò)公式計(jì)算確定塔的各種構(gòu)件、附件以及輔助裝置的厚度和結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、合理,便于安裝、制造;密封性滿(mǎn)足要求,在保證安全生產(chǎn)的情況下盡可能減少費(fèi)用。按設(shè)計(jì)壓力計(jì)算塔體、封頭和裙座的壁厚,塔設(shè)備質(zhì)量載荷,風(fēng)
