1、遼寧石油化工大學(xué)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院論文煤基合成油工程中脫丁烷塔的設(shè)計(jì)摘要本篇論文是脫丁烷塔的常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)。眾所周知塔設(shè)備在當(dāng)今石油化工企業(yè)中已成為重要裝置之一,所以設(shè)計(jì)出來的塔容器要經(jīng)過認(rèn)真精確的校核,才可進(jìn)行加工制造。本設(shè)計(jì)將從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述:緒論,是對(duì)塔設(shè)備概述,講述塔的作用、分類、要求以及對(duì)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的概述等內(nèi)容。塔的設(shè)計(jì),是對(duì)塔設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)的說明,先介紹塔的構(gòu)造,結(jié)合本設(shè)計(jì)塔的相關(guān)內(nèi)容對(duì)塔設(shè)備形式和材料進(jìn)行選??;再介紹塔的常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì),以及對(duì)筒體、封頭進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度計(jì)算、自振周期、風(fēng)載荷、地震載荷、裙座等進(jìn)行理論說明。計(jì)算部分中
2、,是把理論的部分應(yīng)用到實(shí)際,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)塔的實(shí)際計(jì)算,最后經(jīng)過一系列的計(jì)算和校核,本塔的設(shè)計(jì)合格。本設(shè)計(jì)過程均嚴(yán)格遵守GB150-1998《鋼制壓力容器》,JB4710-2005《鋼制塔式容器》和《壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》進(jìn)行,對(duì)該塔進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性的校核。此外,根據(jù)實(shí)際的要求,還相應(yīng)的完成了總裝備圖、原部件圖及外文翻譯。今后,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,塔設(shè)備在石油化工企業(yè)中占有越來越重要的地位。同時(shí),將對(duì)塔設(shè)備有更高的要求,在設(shè)計(jì)方面要求更加合理,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,使用方便。所以,在未來,壓力容器技術(shù)將會(huì)取得更大的進(jìn)步以
