2、ternblot)法測定腎組織中I、III型膠原。結(jié)果：1、扶正泄?jié)岱脚R床應(yīng)用注重維護(hù)腎氣陰陽平衡，補腎兼以健脾和胃，扶正不峻補而平補，祛邪不克伐而緩攻，治未病以截斷病勢，辨證與辨病相結(jié)合，臨床應(yīng)用靈活，療效顯著。2、實驗研究：扶正泄?jié)岱侥苡行Ы档脱寮◆?、尿素氮、Cys．C指標(biāo)；能夠有效抑制腎組織TGFDlmRNA的表達(dá)，降低腎組織中I、III型膠原的表達(dá)。顯示扶正泄?jié)岱街委熉阅I衰竭的機理可能是通過抑制腎間質(zhì)纖維化，減輕腎小球硬化，從而改善腎功能，延緩病變進(jìn)展。結(jié)論：扶正泄?jié)岱娇擅黠@改善患者腎功能及臨床癥狀，提高患者
