2、采用益腎泄?jié)岱街委?，對照組采用常規(guī)西藥治療，比較兩組患者的臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果研究組的總有效率為84．37％，明顯高于對照組的68．75％(=4．11，P<0．05)；治療后，研究組的血尿酸、血尿素氮、血肌酐、肌酐清除率等指標(biāo)與對照組比較，有明顯差異(t=4．65，3．25，5．01，3．97，P<0．05)；兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較無明顯差異。結(jié)論益腎泄?jié)岱街委熗达L(fēng)性腎病并慢性腎衰竭的療效確切，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低，值得臨床推廣。關(guān)鍵詞：益腎泄?jié)岱剑煌达L(fēng)性腎??；慢性腎衰竭中圖分類號：R285．6；R289．5文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A文章編號：1006—4931(2014)18
