1、中文摘要隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和交通事業(yè)得發(fā)展,高速鐵路、地鐵、輕軌等現(xiàn)代高速交通軌道結(jié)構(gòu)越來越多的投入應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)無縫鐵路焊接是其中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。本文基于閃光焊接理論研究及鋼軌閃光焊接的工藝要求,設(shè)計(jì)了一種智能控制的鋼軌閃光焊焊接系統(tǒng)。該控制系統(tǒng)以工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)為控制平臺(tái),采用電液伺服閥控制閃光焊機(jī)動(dòng)夾具動(dòng)作,控制策略采用最小欠速匹配的瞬時(shí)控制思想,使用Visualc++編程語言采用多線程技術(shù)編寫基于定時(shí)器中斷和FIFO機(jī)制的多任務(wù)實(shí)時(shí)控制程序,對(duì)焊接參數(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)采集并利用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)焊接全過程進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)控制。焊接主電源部分在變壓器初級(jí)使用晶閘管組進(jìn)行調(diào)壓,經(jīng)過變壓器
2、降壓和整流管三相全波整流,輸出平穩(wěn)的直流電壓。在閃光焊接過程前,根據(jù)設(shè)定的焊接參數(shù),程序設(shè)置各個(gè)焊接階段的位移標(biāo)志點(diǎn),在焊接過程中,控制程序?qū)崟r(shí)地采集動(dòng)夾具的位移量、變壓器初級(jí)電流值和次級(jí)電壓值,并根據(jù)各個(gè)階段的位移標(biāo)志點(diǎn)進(jìn)入相應(yīng)地控制流程,在閃光階段根據(jù)采集到的電流和電壓值,按照瞬時(shí)控制策略對(duì)動(dòng)夾具的運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行控制,以達(dá)到延長(zhǎng)單個(gè)觸點(diǎn)的存在時(shí)間,減小無觸點(diǎn)的空行程時(shí)間的控制目的,可提高鋼軌焊接效率和焊接質(zhì)量。文中分別介紹了機(jī)械系統(tǒng)、電力系統(tǒng)和電氣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),并詳細(xì)介紹了控制軟件的編寫過程。本文對(duì)于鋼軌閃光焊接的新設(shè)備和新工藝開發(fā)和研究有重要的理論意義和工
